Jeffrey Buehner has been a trial attorney
for over 15 years. He began his career as an assistant prosecutor in Muskegon
County and moved on to serve as an assistant prosecutor in Oakland County.
After trying many high-profile criminal cases to conviction during his
six year career as an assistant prosecutor, Buehner went into private
practice.
Mr. Buehner focuses his practice on criminal defense, employment litigation
and business law. He has defended clients in all
facets and areas of criminal defense from misdemeanors to murder. Buehner
has had tremendous success at trial, securing acquittals in numerous felony
and misdemeanor trials.
Mr. Buehner's passion is advocacy. Whether it is convincing a jury of
a client's innocence, or helping an employee who has been wrongfully terminated,
Buehner's clients know that he is a committed, zealous fighter for their
cause.
Mr. Buehner has tried more cases than most 'trial attorneys' will take
to trial during their entire careers. A testament to his skill as a litigator
is the fact that most of his clients are referred to him by other attorneys.

Mr. Buehner has appeared on numerous television and radio programs including
Good Morning America and Due Process. He has also served as a lecturer
on Search and Seizure law at the Oakland Police Academy.
