EDUCATION
Buehner received his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy
School of Law. He represented the University as a member of the constitutional
law team in the 1994 New York National Moot Court Competition. After
graduation, he served on the Board of Directors of the Law School's
Alumni Association.
Buehner has lectured as an instructor at the Oakland Police Academy
on Fourth
Amendment Search and Seizure issues.
